Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic for PC
my laptop has stopped connecting to the internet.
Suddenly a month ago, my toshiba satellite l45-s7423 running vista home stopped connecting to the internet.
it connects to my wireless modem, but the connection is only local (i.e. the laptop recognizes my wireless modem) but will not connect to the internet. Vista cannot identify the problem, and i have checked my modem-router and it is working ok- i checked that with the internet provider, but i also know because i have a desktop PC running xp which connects to the internet with no problems....
Is it the Vista?
how do i get it back to connect?
please help me, this is sooooooooooooo problematic and frustrating, and i have no money to pay other to fix this...................please help?!!!
