If you are printing online then you cannot print this document. Because this document is in flash. If you wana print this document then you can use print screen option from pc then you can print exact thing that you want.
Try to print another type of document, i.e : doc, jpg. If it 's no problem at another type of document, the problem is on PDF file ( not allowed printing, security setting), or on software for opening PDF file.
This is not a printer problem ... this is a software problem. You don't mention your operating system so it is difficult to go much further. You can check your hardware compatability ... likely not the problem since you don't say you can't print other formats, yet, still a possibility. I suggest you check your drivers to make sure everything is up to par.
PDFs are designed to print using Postscript language. The problem will occur with any non-Postscript printer. You can get better results on Windows printers by clicking on the "Advanced' button in the Print dialogue window. Then check 'Print as Image'.
