Abit Geforce ti4400 + Asus A7V333

Well
I hope for others I am the only one, for me, that there are more with
solutions.
I have an Abit Siluro Geforce 4 ti4400 (not o??locked). When I boot 2 or 3
out
of 10 times when I start or reboot I cannot see the post screen because my
93khz monitor displays a message "out of sync" and a message telling me that
the freq. is beyond the monitors ability,
I see a vertical loop of a band of white "noise" on a black screen.
When I reset it sometimes repeat itself, but not often 8 out of 10 times the
second tine I try I see my normal post screen where I can enter the bios, if
I want to.

Because I have the Abit Geforce the same day as The Asus I dont't know which
of the two (graphics card of mobo or combi) is "guilty"

What is going on and what can I do?
