Question about Hyundai L91A 19" LCD Monitor
Hyundai 22" flatscreen. Adjustment panel for monitor settings keeps flashing on and off. Tends to stay off in you stay mouse active, but after a very short wait period, it starts flashing again.
There are 8 electrolytic capacitors on the power supply board which is the one that the power cord goes to. The best option is to replace all of them. These are of the type referred to as "low ESR" and they are rated at 105 degrees Celcius. The bad news is that you need to be reasonablly good at soldering if you want to replace them yourself. The good news is that the capacitors are not expensive, certainly much less expensive than a new monitor. Most of the values are critical since the space alloted on the circuit board is very limited, so tolerance in substitution is limited.

From the sound of it, it looks like these buttons may be defective. Contact Your store where You bought it, and ask for a replacement, or repair.
