Question about SanDisk Sansa c200 MP3 Player

I have a sansa c2oo and when i finished uploading music it freezed on sansisc and it does nothing what should i do?

What I would recommend it to format the device and try to upload songs to it again...if that doesnt work try to upgrade the firmware on your device by going to sandisk.com.....once you do that your device should be working without any problems...

You need to use the Sansa Media Converter, supplied with the device, to convert pictures (and videos) to a format the Sansa can handle.

Getting Music Videos on Sandisk


i could help you with this one.
In the CD that you had in you Sansa Box, you should install it. than when you finish you will find a program which it called sansa media converter, with this program you could transfer video music to your sansa.
