This is a problem with the fuser not getting hot enough. Try resetting the error code by going into service mode. Press additional functions key, then the 2 & 8 keys at the same time, then the additional functions key again. Select copier, then function, clear, then err, press OK. Power down the copier and power back on. If the error returns record the numbers after the dash. This is an important sub-code that tell you exactly what the problem is. The 0010 code says that the copier was turned of and back on without clearing the code first. The indicates that there may be a problem with the heater, DC controller, the heater power supply, or connectors on the rear of the fuser drawer. Hope this gives you some ideas of what to do.
This will most likely clear it. If not then the heat rod in the fuser most likely went bad. Performing a Fault Reset 14 will reset your copier and will help to clear error codes.
Turn the power off.
Locate the Clear Button, which is grey in color, in the upper right corner above the green Start Button.
Locate the Auto Button the lower left corner of the Control Panel.
Turn the power back on.
Press the buttons in the following sequence, releasing each button after each time you press it: [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto]. Every light on the Control Panel should go out, and the error code should clear.
Program the copier as if you were going to make 14 copies.
Press the green [Start] button to store the reset code. The copier will return to the ready position.
Run a test copy.
repeat 1-7 more than once to be sure it has worked properly.
There was incorrect info in this I copied and pasted. I corrected it.
What code? Try entering service mode then turn off copier and turn it back on. (push these buttons in sequence Clear modes (yellow) 1 0 7 then hold the red stop button for 5 or so seconds you are now in test mode
Problem should be checked out by a technician as clearing the error is not going to make a problem go away if it's there (although to you it may appear as if it is), but if you must. You can go into Service Mode (Additional Functions > 2,8 > Additional Functions), Copier > Function > Clear > ERR. Select the ERR to highlight then turn copier on and off using main power switch (on right hand side of copier. Wait 10 secs or so before turning back on).

first verify that the fuser drawer is inserted correctly and there is no debris in the fuser connector. Also check the fuser for paper wraped around the roller. Next, enter service mode ( 'additional functions', 2&8 same time, 'additional functions') press copier->function->clear->err->ok. Then power cycle the device. NOTE: Only do this procedure ONCE! Repeatedly resetting this error can cause the fuser to melt down or even cause a fire. Allow the fuser to cool for at least 20 min before attempting again. If this does not work then there is a problem with the fuser heater or temperature sensing and a new fuser or additional repairs may be required.
turn on the copier and quickly press * (with the little head around it) then 2 and 8 at the same time, then the * again... this should put you in service mode. now press copier >funtcion>clear>err>ok. now turn the copier off and back on, If the code comes back call your service local service tech.
