Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Business Edition for PC
I really hope someone can help. My computer has been working fine until yesterday when it suggested I run a disk check. I scheduled the disk check as requested and restarted. The disk check seemed to get stuck at stage 4 of 5 so I left it for ages when I came back there was a black screen with a white mouse cursor and noting else. I restarted and it looked like it was going through the normal logon but it just left me with a black screen again.
I restarted in safe mode and everything seems to be working fine. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this. I would be so grateful if anyone can help as I have recently been made redundant so I desperately need my laptop to look for work and I really can't afford to shell out for repairs or a replacement.
My os is Window Vista Business. Please let me know if you need any other information.
Thanks in advance
power on ur system, press F8(functional key) and select option of "last good configuration"....
