Question about Epson Stylus CX4800 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Refilling the cartridge (actually it's an ink tank) won't solve the problem. Each ink tank has a minute electrical circuit (a chip) that allows the printer to recognize the ink tank. That is where the problem is. If the printer has worked successfully before you replaced the ink tank, then I would presume that the ink tank is defective. Return it for a new one and install the new one. That should do the trick.
