Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How to Launch a Microsoft Windows Application?

follow this steps
  1. Look around the desktop. There, chances are, if you installed the application with default settings, you will find it as a desktop icon. If so, double click it and you are good-to-go! If not, proceed to the next steps.
  2. Open the start menu by clicking "Start". There, you may find a menu item with the name of the program on it. If so, click it and within seconds the application will start loading.
  3. Click on "All Programs". If you find the application name, click it, and if another menu (a subfolder) appears, click the application inside the menu. Otherwise, hover over all the folders (menu items with arrows next to them) until you find the application, and when you do, click it.

I cant find my photo explosion anywhere in my windows 7, i installed it and i cant find it anywhere, what do i do?

From the start menu, have you tried searching for it in the search bar? Maybe just search for Nova, or just part of the program name. Also, often enough a program will have its own folder in the start menu. It usually has relevant links for the program you installed and it would be under the name of the program or the name of the company that developed the program.

So it will probably be in a folder called "Nova Development Photo Explosion Deluxe", or the name of the company that makes the program. Again, this folder would be in your start menu.

Fn key sony vaio vpcee2e1e not work

n your 'Start' menu click on 'Run' and type in services.msc
You'll see a long list called Services (Local), click on the name parameter to have them sorted alphabetically.
Find the one called VAIO Event Service. Double click this and ensure that for Startup Type it says 'automatic', if it does not, change it to 'automatic' and click 'apply'.
Then be sure below that, that the Service Status says 'Started'.

This should help, I had the same problem where I could not use my Fn key to adjust volume or brightness and this solution worked for me. Bonne Chance!

I cant turn on my windows as normal windows I have to used the safe mode instead

Please look at the corners of your screen - does it say "Safe Mode" there? If not, there is a chance your graphics have been reset incorrectly by an application, in which case you can right click on the desktop and adjust the resolution using "Personalize" and "Display Properties". If this has not fixed the problem, try shutting down your computer from the start menu. Once the computer has been fully shut down, wait 10 seconds and power it back on, while holding the "F8" key. This should display your boot options for the operating system. From here, select either "Last Known Good Configuration" or the name of your current operating system. Good luck solving your problem!

OK, if the program can be found in the start menu, (Start/all programs/ "the program")
Then right click on it and select " Send to> " move across the next select box which appears and select " Desktop (create shortcut)

If your program isn't in the start menu, then go Start / Control Panel / Add or remove programs (XP) OR Programs & Features (Blista) check if the program you installed is listed, if it isn't reinstall it, if it is, Right Click on Start and select "Explore" Find the Folder in the tree called Program Files, in that folder find the Folder with your program name, in that folder drill down to you find the program name .exe (it will be type Application) double click and find the one that opens the required program eg. CinePlayer is here, Local Disk (C)/Program Files/ Roxio/Digital Media Plus/CinePlayer/CinePlayer.exe
Right Click and select Desktop (create shortcut) and/or Pin to Start menu
