You will need to remove the CMOS battery from tha laptop and then replace it , this should clear the password.

- The CMOS battery is the battery that keeps things like your system clock and other BIOS setting from having to be reset each time, usually they are located on the motherboard you may have to disassemble the laptop to find it, or it may be in the battery compartment, I can't find anything from Toshiba on where it is located at.
