Upon checking the specifications of this Compaq Presario CQ60-220, it appears that it doesn't have a Bluetooth chip built-in to it. That means that the computer is capable of Bluetooth technology but you need to have a USB Bluetooth Adapter (see image below).
To make sure if you have Bluetooth installed, open the Device Manager (click Start > type Device Manager) and look for Bluetooth. Some computer brands have a Bluetooth sticker at the bottom casing to indicate that the computer has a Blueooth device installed.
It sounds like either your AC adapter is not working or that your DC jack on the motherboard is broken and needs to be resoldered or replaced. You can get an after-market power supply for less than $50 on Ebay (order it from the US, if you order from China it will takes weeks). Repairing or replacing the DC jack is not an easy feat; unless you're an experienced computer tech. Having a shop fix that can cost you upwards of $130.

You don't know if you can swap the LCD screens until you dismantle both screens and compare them side by side. The video and inverter connectors maybe different.
There are companies on the Internet that sell replacement LCD screens.
One of the ones I use is LCD Parts, use this link to their WEB site. www.lcdparts.net
