Question about Refrigerators

Lg multi air flow gr-349sqf

My fridge/freezer trips my master fuse box every 10 or so hours.

This has happened recently and the only change in anything related to the fridge is that I have cleared out 2 of the 3 drawers of frozen good and they are currently empty. I think form shortly after this point we experienced the Master fuse trip. It is now fairly consistent - every 10 hours. It has varied between 7 and 10.5 hours over the last 8 days.

Can you advise if it is worth repairing and give me an idea of cost of replacement parts?
I've got the same problem with an express cool multi air flow GR-389SQF. Tried plugging into different sockets and changing the plug but still trips the switch. Any advice would be greatfully recieved.

It sounds like the defrost element is faulty and is causing a leakage to earth when the unit comes onto defrost cycle. Check the defrost element in the freezer compartment behind a panel cover.

How do i fix my lg multi flow fridge/freezer that trips the earth leakage all the time

It may be possible the defrost heater is shorting to earth or ground. This would trip the GFI every time the refrigerator went into defrost. It also is possible that water has infiltrated the insulation and causing a leakage current. This would be much harder to fix.

Lg gr-432sf refigerator not getting cool air flow to fridge compartment

It's not clogged full of ice behind the cover plate? That happens often - the defrost timer dies, and the evaporator packs solid with ice.

If that's not the case, then... does the fan rotate when the power is turned on? If not, suspect the (defrost timer) controller board. If it does, look for obstructions to airflow.

My LG Refrigarator with a top freezer and water dispenser is frosting on the freezer and the refrigerator is warm

If there is no cooling at all on the fridge section but the freezer works then it is confirmed that the compressor and gas pressure is OK. Now shut off the fridge and leave it powered off while you clean and check the evaporator for frost. If frost is seen it is a good indication as the compressor is working with sufficient gas within.
Now after about 6 hours plug in the fridge to start. Observe cooling to happen in about one hour and ice to from under three hours.
Earlier make sure that the thermostat was set to normal mode for freezer and fridge.
However if ice forms in the freezer then observe the fridge for about 24 hours for cooling to continue and the fridge to cut off . If not the auto defrost timer, or the thermostat must be checked. Frost formation without defrosting could block the air flow and so shut the air passage to the fridge. Also the blower fan must work and if this is not working then the fan can be faulty. Also a fault on the control unit is a suspect to non functioning of any one of these components.
If defrost timer works but frost keeps forming check while the compressor shuts if the heaters are working, check continuity of the heaters.
So try this test using a multi-meter on the defrost timer and the thermostat and make your observations so that we come to the solution.

My LG GR-349SQF freezer keeps getting ice in the very bottom

I believe your defrost condensate drain is blocked with ice or other foreign objects. Could you also double check the model number? Thanks, Sea breeze

Could be a wire short, bad defrost heater, or comp. pulling too many amps which is between 2 and 6 or higher being bad. I would say the main problem is you purchased a LG fridge which is a poorly made fridge, sorry.
