Question about Canon IXUS 960 IS Digital Camera
When you say locked do you mean "write protected?" If you look on the left side of the card there may be a notch in the card and a slider. Move the slider forward to cover the notch and you should now be able to use the card. If the slider moves back to 'lock' when you insert it into your camera, put on a bit of sticky tape, just enough to hold it in place, being careful not to cover any contacts on the card.
