Question about Mitsubishi VS-60601 60" Rear Projection Television
I have a big problem. It's a 27 in. Symphonic TV, Model No. ST27S3. The other day my husband turned it on and all that came on was a thin, bright white horizontal line across the entire screen. The sound is great, but no picture -- only this bright white horizontal line. The TV is six years old. Is it worth fixing (and I certainly do hope so)?
We live in Los Angeles, California. Where can we go for assistnace with this problem?
Thank you in advance,
Lynn J. Tilmon
It sounds to me like your tube has gone , go to your local tv repair shop and order a new tube its quite cheap to do so and they should be able to get it you quite fast.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
