How do i connect

first you must have an ISP Internet Service provider contract which will provide you with a modem and leads you can choose either a dial up usb or

an ethernet connection to connect to the internet or
if you have a laptop you can choose a wireless usb modem
which can work on a desktop aswell once you recieve the modem just insert the disk provided and follow the prompts to set up your new internet connection

during the setup process you will be asked for a password I suggest you make a log of all pass words used outside of your computer incase of memory lapses
if you already have an internet provider

you will have to open up your network connections

Hello my tv expert can't work in window 7 what can i do?

The thing that you can try is to run it in Vista compatibility.

Try to locate the exe file from where the program runs. Then right click on it and go to properties. Then go to the compatibility tab. There you would find a check box to run it in compatibility, just select Windows Vista from the list. Apply the settings and try again.

Hope this works!

After formating and i installed the windows xp,there is no audio

Hi..

After you've formatted you computer, it is possible that the audio, LAN card and the VGA are not working properly, all the things you should do is to install the motherboard driver, so that all the function in the motherboard are working. That's why you're network terminal are not functioning.

How should you do! You just load the CD driver in your CD romm it will boot automatically.

Good luck !!!

Change operating system

You can keep both Vista and XP. Below is the way to install XP, after Vista was already installed... creating a dual boot. First find the drivers for your network components, wireless card or nic, and save them to an external device such as a floppy disk or flash drive. Then you will need to go into the BIOS on your computer startup. Scroll to the System Configuration tab and go down to the SATA Native Support and change its setting to Disabled. Then hit F10 to Save and Exit. Next, insert your Windows XP CD and create the partition you wish to install XP on. After the installation is complete you should boot automatically into XP. Now you need to move some files. First, make sure you have set your folder options to see hidden files and to show protected operating system files. Then open Windows Explorer and go to the drive where Vista is installed. Copy the folder Boot, and the files bootmgr, boot.ini, NTDETECT.COM and ntldr and paste them to the root of your XP drive. Then download Vista Boot Pro and save it to your desktop or somewhere else that you can easily access. Unless you already have .Net Framework (v2.0 at least) it will redirect you to a Microsoft page where you can download this necessary component. Install and run Vista Boot Pro and open the "Bootloader" tab. Select "Reinstall the Vista bootloader" and press Apply. Then go to the Manage OS Entries tab and select "Add new operating system entry" and make sure you select "Windows Legacy". Give the new entry a name (ie: Windows XP) and select the drive letter you have XP on and then select Apply. You can also choose which entry you would like as the default the system will boot to. And now you should be able to dual boot between Vista and a previous OS. Thank you! Sabharish

I was formating my PC and by mistake i lost my LAN card driver

You need to load the lan driver or nic card drivers after you reformat your pc. If you don't have the system cd drivers then you need to go to compaq website and download the driver. On the search box type in the model number of your pc or serial number and that should lead you to your driver downloads. Hope that helps!
