Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone

My blackberry 8310 dispaly JVM error 545 and 547 then it power off and never power on again. i tried relaoding it using the software but the pc does not recognise that it is connected. why?

Here is the procedure to resolve:
 
Step #1
Before starting make sure that BlackBerry Desktop Software is installed on the computer.
 
Step#2
Make sure that you have installed updated device software installed in your PC. Check this link to get update device software from carrier OS download site.
 
Step#3

Users can perform a full or selective backup of the data using the Backup and Restore tool in BlackBerry Desktop Manager by completing the following steps:

  1. Connect the BlackBerry device to the computer running BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
  2. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
  3. Double-click Backup and Restore.
  4. Select Backup to perform a full backup or select Advanced to perform a backup of specific databases.
  5. Choose a location to save the backup file, then click Save.
Step#4
To perform a clean install of the BlackBerry Device Software, perform the following steps:
  1. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer and open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
  2. Double-click the Application Loader icon.
  3. Click Next to start the installation process.
  4. Type your BlackBerry smartphone password, if prompted, and click OK.
  5. Click the check boxes next to the names of the applications you want to load, and then click Next.
  6. Click Advanced, and then click the check box beside Erase all currently installed applications.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Click the check box next to Do not automatically backup the application data during the loading process.
  9. Clear the box next to Backup and restore applications installed wirelessly.
  10. Click Next > Finish.
  11. When the process has completed, the message The loading operation was successful will appear. Click Close to return to BlackBerry Desktop Manager

Cause 1:- There is no MX record for the Internet domain associated with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server user. Error 1 appears.
Resolution:- Create an MX record for the Internet domain. Make sure the computer running the BlackBerry Manager is pointing to the correct DNS server.
Cause 2 :- Incorrect DNS settings
Resolution :- Ensure the computer running the BlackBerry Manager is configured with the correct DNS settings.
Cause 3 :- BlackBerry Manager is not allowed to make a direct SMTP connection to that mail server.
Resolution :- Configure the mail server referred in the MX record to allow the direct SMTP connection from the BlackBerry Manager.

I screwed up my phone


Cause All of the data and applications on the BlackBerry smartphone have been deleted.

Resolution The BlackBerry® Device Software must be reloaded on to the BlackBerry smartphone.
Note: Due to the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) error, the BlackBerry smartphone will not show a Connected state in the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager. Proceed to reload the BlackBerry Device Software using the Application Loader.

Contact your cell phone provider. They may have a solution for the error code. If restoring doesn't work, chances are it is a hardware failure

JVM error 102 on the blackberry


1. Connect your BB to the computer.
2. Run JL_Cmder (JAVA commander, it’s a freeware, google it and download latest one)
3. Choose option 5, wipe the device. This will delete all files - OS and data - from your BB. The BB screen will show JVM Error 507. This means the BB has no files installed.
4. Using Desktop Manager, reinstall your software. When you run the Application Loader, check all the available boxes.
5. When this process completes, restore your most recent
backup file if you have taken in the past!
You should be back to normal, with the exception of having 3rd party apps.

Try the following.

Hold Left Alt, Right Shift and Delete keys simultaenously for a couple of seconds.

If that doesn't work try

Power your BB off, remove the battery waiting 30 seconds or so, re-insert the battery and power on.

If neither of these work, you may need to restore to factory settings or re-install your software using desktop manager.
