Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone
I connected my blackberry 8310 to my computer and it doesn't recognised it. Why?
Try uninstalling Desktop software. Now reboot. Install it again. Reboot. Now plug your phone in only after you have done this. If that doesn't work, let me know and I will see what else I can do.
