You have a virus that is why it is crashing and that is why the popups. You have at least one type of virus called adware. That's what the pop ups are, virus causes popups and won't clear. If you do not have any anti-virus software you can download one for free. Google AVG Free Virus and it will take you to the AVG website. Download the AVG anti-virus and run it. If its not infected too bad it will clear it up. If not then you will need to back up all of you documents, favorites and email. Wipe all the data off your hard drive and then re-install Windows. If you have any questions let me know. Please rate this solution.

When I am on the internet most times I get an error that an unexpected error has occured & my browser page just closes & dissapears. I have internet exployer 7. Can someone please help me.

Yes its a problem with Internet Explorer (IE). Try to upgrade it to latest version.

OR you can switch to another browser like Firefox, Opera or Chrome. These load pages faster, don't hang and yes they don't close pages by themselves.

Popup saying safely remove mass storage device-drive E What does this mean and what should I do?

Most likely you have a USB device connected to your computer, like a flash or thumb drive, and in some cases you need to click " safely remove device" before removing it to prevent windows from crashing, though with XP or Vista you can just remove it without using the popup. In Windows Millinum you must use the the popup or the desktop will crash

I have two questions. after I get the box "microsoft has encountered a problem i choose do not sent and it automatically closes my who web site and i have to go back on desk top to connect...

What is happening is the IE window is crashing, Removing Updates will not help with this at all, It is very much essential to have all the updates that Microsoft puts out as they often patch their buggy software. Now the Cause of your Crash could be just about anything so I would bring this to a Professional to check out, But until that time, I would download and Install Mozilla Firefox, You will not experience as many problems with this at all

Explore.exe, application error, memory could not be written

this is probably relating to explorer which is your desktop display for a specific programme. Explore as you say, or do you mean internet explorer, if so download updates for windows. It could also refer to a virus, so when you reinstalled did the recovery cd format the drive first then install or just install over the top of the original installation. If it did format first then it will not be virus. The system crash will be because the system is probably using up all the remaining memory.
