Make sure your speeds are compatibal with what the service requires. If so, call the company and see if they need to do anything themselves. Add the home button to the browser toolbar
Homepage button is off by default. Select the "Show Home button" checkbox in the "Appearance" section to show it on the browser toolbar.
Set your homepage
When the "Show Home button" checkbox is selected, a web address appears below it. If you want the Homepage button to open up a different webpage, click Change to enter a link. You can also choose the New Tab page as your homepage.

Opera Mini is a phone web browser and is only downloaded via phone. If you want to download it, you will have to use a phone to download it. Download it using the phone browser of the phone you want to use it on. Simply type: http://www.mini.opera.com and it will automatically give you the latest version for your phone.
If you want to use it on PC, use Opera's full web browser which you can download from : http://www.opera.com/
Try another Web Browser like Firefox or Mozilla to see if you can browse the web. You have to use another pc to download the firefox/mozilla browser and install it on your non-working pc.
If other browser works, then open up Internet Explorer and click on Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Reset and click OK/Apply. If that does not work, download IE browser again from another pc and install it on the non-working pc.
If other web browser does not work, verify that you can ping outside and get a reply. Click Start/ click Run and type cmd and press enter. Type ping www.fixya.com and press enter. You will get a reply if you have internet connection. If you do not get a reply when you ping www.fixya.com and other computer connects to the internet, scan your PC for malwares.

Note:I recently ran into the same issue with my phone, and it turned out to be just a setting on their end that was wrong. also some of the settings above that it shows to change if your phone doesnt have it dont stress over it, mine didnt either. but do change the ones you can if they dont match. Open command prompt. Click Start > Click Run > Type CMD and press enter. On the command prompt, type IPCONFIG and press enter. Look for Default Gateway numbers. That's the address that you need to type on your browser.
