Question about PC Desktops

Downloaded CSI: Hard Evidence to my Mac Book; I have registered and activated it online...when it starts, it shows the title page, then the UBISOFT symbol, then the UBISOFT "purple symbol/icon" again, and freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and can't get it to run....I have installed games before, so I am not new to this...I even went back to watch the tutorial, to make sure I did it correctly. This is the info for my MAC: Model Name: MacBook Model Identifier: MacBook1,1 Processor Name: Intel Core Duo Processor Speed: 2 GHz Number Of Processors: 1 Total Number Of Cores: 2 L2 Cache (per processor): 2 MB Memory: 1 GB Bus Speed: 667 MHz Boot ROM Version: MB11.0061.B03 SMC Version: 1.4f12 Serial Number: 4H6352ETWBV Sudden Motion Sensor: State: Enabled The version is: MAC OS X version 10.4.11 (all up to date) What am I doing wrong...or why isn't the game working? (also, why does it take almost 3 hrs. to download?) Thanx! Michele McWilliams mcwi4620@bellsouth.net

It installs fine (just takes forever, but when I go to run it, it says there is an overload on one of the lines and asks me if I want to debug..I say YES..and then it runs and I go on with it, and then it freezes.

It sounds like the zip file you're trying to access is an encrypted zip archive. So to correctly open the zip file, you need to identify what exactly it was encrypted with and I should be able to help!

I downloaded the microsoft office word 2003 on to my computer online, and now it's asking for the product key. Don't have this information. Need it ASAP!!!!

Generally, if you downloaded this online directly from Microsoft, this would be the "Office Test Drive" and they would have e-mailed you a Product Key when you register for the test drive. however since it is Office 2003 it most likely (I'd stake my career on it) a pirated copy you got off of P2P sharing. In which case the only option you legally have is to go through the "activation" process and purchase a product key when it fails... or get an illegal key generator. I usually do not recommend and cannot oblige to use pirated software, as you will often be infected by malware that can stow away in the packages.
