Downloaded CSI: Hard Evidence to

Downloaded CSI: Hard Evidence to my Mac Book; I have registered and activated it online...when it starts, it shows the title page, then the UBISOFT symbol, then the UBISOFT "purple symbol/icon" again, and freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and can't get it to run....I have installed games before, so I am not new to this...I even went back to watch the tutorial, to make sure I did it correctly.
