Use a higher amp fuse this should solve your problem if its not a electrical fault in the set.

Ct 21q20e fuse of tv has out of order

If fuse should blow up; certainly there will be a reason. A shorct circuit; an over voltage [Line] etc: Without make confirm about the reason, and rectifying it, do not replace an other fuse in place; and switch ON the set. It might make things more complicate. Contact any service technician. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

125v Fuse Blown Possiblities? and alternative replacements?

Well, fuses are made to protect systems from shorts and surges, so it might be okay even if that was the problem. I'd closely reexamine the area you soldered-- checking to see if you globed any solder over circuit pathways.
Then you could try a new fuse.
Another option would be to DEsolder it as much as possible, maybe even remove the coax port, before you replace the fuse. If it works after that, then that would be a good indicator that the fuse blowing is related to the coaxial.
If I've learned one thing over the years, it's that when separate symptoms occur at around the same time, chances are they have a common cause.

Our Panasonic CT-27HL15 set is only 4 years old and suddenly decided not to turn on. When you press the power button, it turns on for a second then makes a noise inside and shuts off. Any ideas is it worth...

I have one of those that is the same age and the 6.3 amp fuse was blown out. I replaced it with a 6 amp fuse (i could not find 6.3 nearby) and got a few more weeks use until the fuse blew out again. someone suggested i get a slow blow fuse next time.

Fuse keeps blowing out on Panasonic CT36HL44J TV

Thanks for this post. It inspired me to replace my fuse in my TV and it is working great now... I took pics of the process in case anybody wants to see what they are in for. http://joedotcom.com/2009/09/01/panasonic-fuse/ Although I did use a 6.3a fuse (just like I removed). I read on another forum that you can replace it with a 7a fuse and get better results. I have had this TV for years and this is the first blown fuse. If it becomes a reoccuring theme, i may up it to the 7a.

Check for bad caps or diodes. Look for anything discolored or burned.

TV will not turn on

Assuming you are absolutely sure the TV is getting power,
If you have an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the two prongs on its plug. If no conductivity (over 1 meg Ohm) the fuse inside is popped. Take the cover off, look in the area near the power cord, it is the usual 5AG type (glass cylinder) fuse. If you replace it and it pops again then measure all the diodes in the rectifier circuit (near the fuse).
Many times power transients will just blow these input power devices. However, many times it will go much deeper and get the TV's processor brain. If the TV is anywhere near 10 years old, I wouldn't go any deeper than the input power circuit.

Main fuse blown on CT-32G11 32" Panasonic TV, Replacement fuses continue to blow.

If the main fuse keeps blowing, check the horizontal output transistor for a shorted condition and diodes in that section as well.

Tv wont turn on

How old is this set?
I guessing it is maybe 8 years? In that case I would plan on overhauling the high-voltage circuit because it is going to need it soon whether it is the problem now or not (and it very likely is). Should cost under $200 at a shop. I generally don't waste time on older dead TV's but this is a good model and worth the effort. The risk is that sometimes when the high-voltage fails, it blows up other circuits in the TV and can be a real nightmare.
