Question about Samsung Instinct Cell Phone
I have a samsung instinct phone and i am not sure why people can't hear me talk to them but I can hear them perfectly everything else on the phone is working just fine.
Yes, they did fix this in the S30, mine was having this problem as well, however, I found that (although both options are an inconvenience) the speakerphone option works more clearly when the phone is plugged into the charger or 2, bypass the speaker altogether and just use the corded headset provided (or a similar one) and it's crystal clear, easy to hear, and not as much of a bother.

If theres completley no sound at all the whole phone will have to be replaced, the mic and motherboard are all one piece and cannot be repaired

Well, not quite a solution. This is in inherent problem with the M800. Perhaps the S30 (Instinct Mini) will have this issue corrected?

It could be that the microphone for the speaker phone is failing or malfunctioning, and that it needs to be replaced or repaired. Take your phone into a repair center and they can fix it for you, most likely.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
