F22 error (in any washer setting) will not start, and cannot get door open. What "electrical "problem is this? Also, how do I get my clothes out short of using a crow bar on the front door!

F 22 is door lock error most likely need door lock but check door strike on door..To get clothes out remove lower kick panal reach up inside washer //at the bottom of door latch there is a small round tab pull down on it to release door..while you have the kick panal of there is a tech sheet inside washer try putting in die test/////but I would say door lock..Hope this helped If it did please vote...If you need more help please ask...Good luck

I have a wirlpool duet shes abou 5 or 6 years old i cant wash she will get about half way throug a wash and statrs beppen and in the window it shows f2 what does F2 mean

F-2 would be slow drain meaning it takes to long to drain over 8 mins///Remove your frount kick panal at bottom of washer//behind that you should see your pump your unit should have a cleanout that you turn counterclockwise to take out//remove it and you will find all kinds of goodies that will slow the flow of water/if there is nothing in there then you will have to test the pump....need more help just ask....good luck

My control panal is locked, I have tried holding the cancel button and I have tried unplugging the washer

Manually unlock the door lock system by removing the lower kick panel. Reach up along the inside of the front and locate the bottom of the door switch/lock unit. Located on the bottom of the door switch/lock unit is a tear drop shaped tab. Gently pull the tab down about a 1/4" or until a click is heard. The door may be opened. Remember to unplug or disconnect power first.

Does not drain. makes horrible grinding noise when trying to drain

you probably have something stuck in the pump
it is a very easy repair actually
pull out the machine and unplug it
remove the back panal two screws, and remove thae back panal
you will se the pump on the bottom of the machine with tow hoses and two wires
grab some towels and disconnect the hoses and wires
turn the pum 90 degrees it should pop out
inspect the pump
as well as the sump hose,
that is the hose that goes from the tub to the pump
hope this helps
