It may be a problem from the connection to the internet. and if that's the problem you can't do anything about this, unless you speak to your internet provider to see what wrong with the network, or may also be your computer needs a little more time to process the command you give it. i don't now if that is the solution but this is my opinion. well good luck solving it, maybe others will help you better than i had :)

CAN'T GET MY YAHOO EMAIL MESSAGE TO LOAD' MY ACCOUNT ERROR 5

First, try pressing ctrl+F5. Attempt to load it in another browser.

1.When you try to access an email message that has been moved or deleted. For example,
if you delete an email from your inbox and hit the back button on your browser, the email
will still show up in your inbox. Even though it looks like the email is there, it really isnt!
2. If you clicked on a legitimate email message that wasn't deleted or moved and you get
an Error Code every time, click Check Mail and then try to access the same email again.
3. You have several windows or tabs open in the same Yahoo! Mail account. The Error
Code
is a temporary problem which should go away once you close the additional tabs
or windows.
4. You're running the browser-based Yahoo! Mail service, and another mail service (such
as Outlook or your mobile phone email service) tried to access your Yahoo! Mail server.
Try shutting down your other email services to see if this removes the Error Code.
5. If that didn`t help try Yahoo Customer Service to fix the error.

How do i retrieve deleted messages from the trash folder

If you act quickly, there's a chance Yahoo! can restore your mailbox to a previous state from a backup copy, recovering your lost messages whether you accidentally emptied the Trash folder containing an important email or whether a Yahoo! Mail glitch made mail disappear. Of course, you can also undelete a message quickly as long as it is still in your Yahoo! Mail's Trash folder. Undelete Mail in Yahoo! Mail To undelete a message in Yahoo! Mail or Yahoo! Mail Classic:
  • Go to the Trash folder.
  • Open the desired message.
  • Click Move in the Yahoo! Mail toolbar.
  • Select Inbox or any other folder to recover the message.
    • In Yahoo! Mail, you can also drag and drop the email to any folder, of course.

To recover mail which is deleted before 10 months

When you delete messages in Yahoo! Mail, they go to your Trash folder. If you delete a message by mistake, you'll be able to find it in Trash and move it back to your Inbox or another folder. Just remember that messages in your Trash folder can be deleted at any time, without warning.
To permanently remove the contents of Trash, click "Empty" next to Trash in the left navigation bar. Next, a window opens asking "Are you sure...?" Click "OK" to delete or "Cancel" to close the window.
After messages are emptied from Trash, they're permanently deleted from the Yahoo! Mail server and can't be recovered.

Check your mouse configuration. Does it act normally on other programmes? As in using single click or doubleclick? Are you using yahoo main on the web or are you using it in Outlook Express and then opening your mail within that program? If using on the web there shouldn't be a problem if your mouse has correct config.
