Kodak easyshare 5100
I found the solution. Get a bright flashlight. At the very top and center of the printhead there is a small raised rectangle. With the tip of my screw driver I gently pushed the rectangle in and I heard a pop and saw that the printhead was loose from the back,. It just slipped right out. I was very careful so I wouldn't accidently break a piece of plastic off of anything since I really didn't know what I was doing. The new printhead slipped right in with no problem. P.S. You have to re-calibrate the printer so I hope you didn't throw that little page of colored squares away.
