Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

I can't see my pictures in my mp3 sansa. when i put pictures from my digital camera into my computer and then to my mp3 I can't the pictures I don't know why

    I can't see my pictures in my mp3 sansa. when i put pictures from my computer to sansa E250 its showing in computer . But after removing from the computer im not able to see the pictures in sansa e250. please suggest me on the same. and please reply me through my mail ID : ranjith.div2512gmail.com

You have to use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer the pictures.

I'm assuming this is connected via USB cable.
If so, connect through USB on your computer, and remove all the music but don't delete and it.
Reset the mp3 player, and put the music back on it,

How do you put picture on the sansa fuez ?


if the pictures are on the PC ....... connect the mp3 (usb) go to my computer open the MP3 , go to start again and my computer open the c drive and find the photos........... click and drag or copy and paste to MP3

I couldn't see the pictures I put on my fuze.


You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert your pictures (and videos) to a format the Sansa can handle.

What else do I need besides the white charger cord to put music and pictures from computer to Sandisk?


You'll need the Sansa Media Converter to convert pictures (and videos) to a format the Sansa can handle. You can copy music simply with the computer operating system's drag&drop.

I had this same problem
What i did was go to an other computer and poped in the cd for sansa media converter and downloaded it.
If that dont work go to my computer and click on sansa e280 and format it.NOTE: this will delete EVREYTHING>

Won't hold pics or vids


You have to use the Sansa Media Converter to "convert" the files to a recognizable format. Standard image formats do not work. The Sansa Media Converter is on the installation CD. Best of Luck.

Sansa E250 it seems to be frozen


You gotta put your installation cd into the computer and install the Sansa Media Converter. That will put all the pictures and videos on the mp3 player. To get it "unfrozen" just press and hold the power button for 15 to 20 sec.
