My black jack 2 continues to give me a low storage message

the message means about your internal storage capacity which will be in terms of only MB's!!!!!
change the default settings to store all your contacts, text messages, pictures and videos to your memory card and also move any files from the internal memory to memory card..this will free up the space!!

My HTC TYTN11 shows red green white etc colors when switched on

the tricolor screen means your device is on bootloader mode.

this mode is for reflashing your device OS.

if you entered this mode accidentally, you might try to release your device's camera button. Since the factory setting to enter bootloader is reset button+camera button from standby mode.

try to get battery out and release the camera button. many times happens that this button get stuck inside, because it's not a button you use many time and it get fully of dust.

My T830 is stuck in meeting mode, is there any way that I can get it to revert to normal or external mode?

Do a factory reset. Depress the Enter key on the keyboard and use the stylus to press the reset button located at the back of the machine next to the battery at the bottom near the red catch that secures the battery. System will automatically offer a choice of resets. Pick "Default" should work great. Hope you have your contact list backed up on your PC or copied to your SIM (If you have one) otherwise you may lose these.
Regards and good luck

My motoq 9h is not booting up and the phone is stuck on windows mobile screen

Take out the battery for 2 minutes, then put it back in.

You are going to need to do a Master Reset which resets the phone to factory settings. This will erase all data entered into the phone, your contacts, calendar, etc., but will leave the SD card intact.

Hold down the center button of the navigational pad, and power button at the same time which will trigger the master reset. Follow the directions on the screen.

Once you've performed the master reset, goto the Motorola site to do a full update to your phone. This, in my experience, will eliminate the freezing problems associated with the Motorola Q9M, Q9c, Q9h, etc.

Good Luck!

Text is stuck in my outbox

I had this same problem. Deleting and clicking "yes" at the warning screen would not remove the message from my outbox and the message kept resending for days.

Solution: In the Outbox, click "Menu" > Empty Deleted Items. Click "yes" at the warning. The message should now be gone from your outbox and your text buddy should now be able to regain sanity.

T-mobile credited back the resent text messages when I called them.

Audiovox smartphone stuck in Flight Mode

You can Hard Reset the phone by either of two methods. Start/Settings/Clear Memory, or power on while holding both left and right softkeys down.

This resets and reloads the phone software system its ROM and you will lose any and all personal data and apps you put on it since receiving it. Back up all you can before hard resetting.

Freezing Samsung i730

I have had the freezing problem 3 times. Everytime it was a software conflict. The first times were after I had upgraded my computer and the "helpful" computer people had upgraded my Outlook from 2000 to 2003. Things were great for a while, but then I got screens to insert my disc for Office 2003 and I got the black screen. This only resolved after I purchased Office 2003 from e-bay. Then, I had trouble with my security program, trendmicro. I forgot the password and couldn't delete it, etc, etc. Only after it expired and I removed the program could I get around it. So, what you have to do is a hard reset: hold down the on/off switch on the side and at the same time, do a soft reset with the stylus. This re-sets the device back to factory default. You then should have a working phone. If resetting the phone doesn't help, you may need a replacement phone. If it works, then you have to re-establish a connection with the pc and restart loading your programs one by one. You could backup the device after each successful load, so that at any time the freezing starts, you could go back to a previous successful load The second problem suggests that something is running all the time behind the black screen of death--like a software conflict. If this doesn't resolve with a hard reset, you probably need a new phone. Hope this helps. Obviously I've been where you are SEVERAL times, and know the frustration. I'm now elated that my phone works, my itunes is working again(another disaster related to computer upgrade) and everything electronic in my life is humming along well for the first time in WEEKS. Good luck Georgia Newman
