Question about Williams 2509612 Ceramic Mid-Size Heater
New tank, lights OK but won't stay on more than 10 MIN
The problem is a bad O2 sensor, detects low O2 and it shuts the heater down, just replace the sensor and it should work fine

Try purging all the air from the tank.
