Yahoo mail is working fine it only has changed some features in it. For some people it seems complicated but once you explore it you will find it easy. But if you want at the right hand corner top you can change it back to what you were used to.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I want my old Yahoo back

Yahoo has specifically disabled the "return to classic mail" link on the New Mail interface. This is specifically to discourage people from going back, as the old mail interface will eventually be removed completely, and all users will be forced onto the new one.

Here is the explanation page from Yahoo Help:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ymail/migrating/fromclassic/mltamnoswitch.html

However there is a possible workaround to get back to Yahoo old mail. Open your browser (Firefox 5) and go to Tool-->Options-->Content, and UNcheck the box marked "Enable Javascript." This will disable Javascript from running in that browser. Then try to log into your Yahoo mail account. You should get an error message from Yahoo that your Javascript is disabled- ignore that, and continue to log in to your Mail account. Supposedly, you will be given the option to return to the old mail interface. If that occurs, go ahead and log in. You should then go back and re-enable Javascript, or your mail, and many other websites, will not function correctly.

Let us know if this works.

I want to switch back to Yahoo Classic

Three ways of doing it...
  1. Go to www.yahoomail.com (At the top right corner of the browser / window)
  2. Look for Options. (Once you have click on it, drop down list will appear)
  3. Look for Mail Classic
There you go! :)

How to check yahoo mail?

How do you want to get your mail? Do you want to read it from your browser? You have a couple of choices.
  1. Get the Yahoo toolbar which will have a link for you.
  2. Go to yahoo.com and login
  3. Go to my.yahoo.com
If you want to pull down your mail to your mail reader (e.g. outlook express), you will need to pay for yahoo mail plus and follow the instructions at: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/classic/mailplus/pop/

Yahoo mail classic is not suitable for my computer but I can't get back to just yahoo mail basic

Hi.
Go into your Yahoo mail classic page.
Look on your right side, on the top of the Yahoo mail page, you'll see '
Now, click on All-New Mail.
And voila, the basic Yahoo is back.
If it doesn't appear immediately and it says 'There seems to be a screen resolution problem.'
Click on '
To continue to the all-new Yahoo! Mail anyway...Go to Yahoo! Mail'

That's it.
Hope it helps.
