How can I print the scan disk results from Microsoft Windows XP?

The results are disolayed on my monitor but only for moments and then disappear. The system then boots up.

Hi.

the easiest method is:
1. press Prnt Scr button on the keyboard, once your scan result appear,
2.open microsoft word
3. go to Edit on the menu and click paste.

there you go. now you can print it easy.

your CPU fan is making much spining because, it is undergoing too much multi-tasking, try and do sick defragmentation and disk scan and install a better antivirus and run a full scan, the speed will improve with all this. good luck

At this moment there is no Vista driver for this printer.
You may download the current XP driver from HP to provide printing functionality. Windows Vista printing is very similar to Windows XP and most print drivers supported in XP environment for LaserJet printers may also work in the Windows Vista operating system.

I thinks thats a virus try updating your AV then scan for viruses and worms. Although you can try loging in as an administrator to check.
