Question about iRiver U10 Digital Media Player

Windows Media Player incompatible with my Iriver U10

Media Player is incompatible with my version of Windows which is MS Windows XP, Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 3. What can I do to resolve this?

Install windows media player 11 or if the problem exists it means your xp is not genuine

Player not recognized by my computer


First, uninstall the version of windows media form your computer -- reboot. Then install version windows media 10.

Windows xp drivers


Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player. XP has all the right drivers but the iRiver needs to synchronise with Media Player inorder to transfer music onto the player using the sync function. Get Media Player 10 or higher then plug the iRiver into the computer.

Iriver U10 - deleted files stay on the device list


load ur iriverplus3, go to Tools -> Portable Device -> Update Database

As far as I know, the "Play" button in your i-river is the "Right" arrow in the screen of your device..
