There is one supply in not active. either +3,+5, +12,-12 or power OK. It need to troubleshoot but if you tired or busy, better to replace the new one.

PSU's put out several different voltages if the 12Vs isn't working it won't power the motherboard. Some outputs may still be functioning therefore you may see some lights on and even some fans running. Replace the PSU.

Unplug your battery and leave it off for about 10 minutes. depress the power button(with the battery off) to get rid of excess power. reconnect the battery and try again. If no luck, try with power cable only(no battery) if no luck, sounds like a motherboard issue.

Dell Dimension 4550 will not power on but standby light on.

In all my years of fixing computers, 98% of the time it is the power supply, 2% the motherboard and 0% the switch. Just because the standby light is on does not indicate that the power supply is functioning correctly. The power supply puts out many different voltages....5v, 12v, 1.3v, and 3.3v. If the 3.3 is working then the standby light will come on but if any of the others are not working correctly then the computer won't turn on at all. You can check the switch by checking the resistance of the two wires that the switch are attached to using a multimeter. When the button is depressed, it should go to 0 and when it is not depressed it should be at 1. I would suggest swapping out with a known working power supply to verify the issue.

Computer will not turn on

May sound strange, but is the power supply switch in the correct position?
If the button is pressed, makes your continuity test, and not even the fans come on, check that the switch jumper has not come loose from the motherboard, and finally, if the motherboard is plugged in and no fan comes on when you push the power button, there may be chipset damage from an electrical surge or overheating.
In this case, a new mobo is your only option.

ZE2000 No power issue

Check on the motherboard if there is a fuse. It may look like a diode or resistor.
Does it work on battery, if you have a charged one?

I would still try to replace the power supply first, before replacing the motherboard. In 80% cases that you are describing it is the power supply.
Hope this helps

No Power up on depressing On/Off button.

Sometimes if the CPU is overheatign it will power down to stop the cpu from buring out. A power suppluy just supplies power to the motherboard and that's it. If the CPU gets hot it shuts down and wont start till it cools down again.
