Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone
I don't know if I'm hitting something random but all of the sudden I can't hear the caller. They can hear me. Then out of the blue it will start working again for no apparent reason. This has happened 3 or 4 times over the past 9 months. It's doing it now. Any idea of how to get my sound back? I don't think it's the mute button. I've tried rebooting.
Thanks for your help.
My caller hears me but i dont hear them unless i use speaker phone how do i fix this

You have defective EAR speaker or one that need to be adjusted in place to make contact with the board. Most probably the 2nd since it comes on and off and it probably happened when you dropped the phone once or twice. Only way to resolve this is to open the phone and re-adjust the earpiece speaker
