If you restart the computer and press F8 while the computer is booting up you can go into safe mode, and use the administrative logon (if it is not password protected) and then go into the user accounts in the control panel and reset or remove your password for your account, and if you did not have a password on your administrator account Please!!!! SET ONE that is an open door for viruses and spyware...

Try starting it in safe mode (If the computer is running, shut it down, and then turn off the power. Turn the computer back on and start tapping the F8 key fast and repeatedly.  The Advanced Windows option menu will come up.  *If you see the windows logo come up, you missed it and have to restart...tapping F8 right away when it starts to turn on.) When the advanced options screen comes up, select "Start Windows in Safe Mode".  The computer will start to boot up.  If you have a seperate Administrator account, it will be displayed along with your user name.  Select the Administrator account, click "ok" when the warning about safe mode comes up.  When it boots up, go to the control panel and select "User Accounts".
In User accounts, select your user name and choose "remove password" from the menu list.
You should be able to get in now! (that is, if you are able to get into the Admin account) Good Luck

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have a dv6000 labtop. You should have an icon in your desktop that says "HP Webcam". If not, search for the program (click on windows sign, then go to "Find").

Remove the sound card driver from your computer and then install it back after the computer restart. Check your volume settings and the volume slider on your laptop.

Hi guys i broke the left button on my hp pavilion dv6 1210sa note book and can not find replacement part i dont want to use a exturnal mouse either thanks

Well first you'll need to know how to take your laptop apart so I did find a website that can help you with that:

http://www.insidemylaptop.com/take-apart-hp-pavilion-dv6000-laptop/

The only problem is that you would need to replace the whole motherboard to actually get a "working" mouse. Sorry, I feel your pain.

Thanks,

ok ..I dont know exactly the problem that you have ...but I am link-ing you to the site where you will find all drivers for your model ...
so ..if you are running windows vista ....just go to control panel and uninstall the driver from remove programs ....
then you either install the new driver ...and after that run the wizard from add new hardware ...or it will prompt you for a driver after you uninstall the old one ...I dont know if its a build in or not web cam ...anyway the procedure is the same ...you will be also be prompt for restart
