Question about Akai Mpc2500 Music Production Center
I recently moved into a new place...after the move I hooked up my mpc2000...tried to load from the zip and my mp read ''NOT ENOUGH MEMORY''...I changed zip drives...same thing...tried to load from the floppy...same thing...
is it that the memory slipped out of socket and needs to be reseated??? if so...do I need to open the Mp from the top or bottom???
Sounds like you have dislodged the memory, you need to get in the bottom and gently remove the ram and reseat it with a slight click.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
