Thermal fuse kit.it is blowing due to improper ventilation.their is a clog somewhere from dryer to where dryer vents outside.thermal fuse is located at top of your elemnt cage.you will replace the thermal fuse and your high limit fuse at the bottom of the elemnt cage.but have your venting checked or swept out.

just give model # but most are the same, thermal fuse kit should take care of your problem.are you sure you are getting 220 to the dryer.if not sure you may want to flip breaker off and on and see if it sarts to heat.sometimes oneside of the breaker will trip and it will run but not heat.just a tip.

KENMORE DRYER JUST STOPPED HEATING UP WHAT CAN I DO TO REPAIR IT?

Replace the Heating Element. The heating element is usually located behind a panel on the back. To replace you will need to remove the back cover of the dryer, then locate the heating element. The heating element is screwed into place and is easy to unscrew and replace. Be sure to have the dryer unplugged while doing this.
Here is the part for it:

Dryer runs but wont heat

There are 2 possibilities for this problem.
1. The limit switch is out. The limit switch is located on the heating element on the back of the dryer. This is a small button type part. it will have 2 prongs on it for 2 wires that slide on for power.
2. The heating element is out. This will be on the back of the dryer and depending the model it should be a long metal piece that has metal elements inside of it to heat the dryer. or it could be a large round unit. these can be tested with an om meter.

The limit switch will be the cheapest to start with on replacing.
If you need further assistance please do not hesitate to ask. I will need the make, model, and the serial number of the unit to help you further. the model and serial number can be found by opening the dryer door and looking by the hings. there should be a sticker with this information on it.

It means your element needs to be replaced, take it to the Kenmore parts store nearest you, and they will confirm that, and you can get a new one there unless they have to order one in.
Be sure to have the make and model and serial number of your dryer with you.

Dryer won't heat--element replaced; tumbles fine

Before you purchase any more parts, you should have use of a multi meter. If the dryer is not heating at all, and of the following parts could be bad.......Operating (cycling) thermostat, high limit thermostat, thermal fuse, timer, or motor centrifugal switch. All but the motor switch can be easily checked with the dryer UNPLUGGED using the ohms feature of the meter.

Dryer tumbles won't heat

The problem could be related to one of the following; Not enough power from the house, a bad or broken heating element, a bad thermal fuse, or a brake in the wiring.

Solution
Check the house voltage for 220-240
Do a continuity test on the heating element.
Do OHM reading on thermal fuse.
Check wiring to heating element.
