Hp 1320 drawer stuck

hi

The paper tray has a small lock at the bottom of the tray which is broken or dislocated hence try to fix it if its dislocated or you may have to replace the try itself. But still you can use it by adding paper to the full of the tray's capacity and pressing it gentelly downwards and push it back into the printer.

Hi the paper roller on the legt hand side of the printer is broken and it drawers the paper in on an angel. Can you please tell me where I can get a replacement and fixed? Thank you Tania

You would need to either get a broken one with this roller intact and replace the part, or contact lexmark for a replacement ( it it still under warranty btw?). Then take it to a computer repair shop to have it fixed

In total, this would probably be more than the cost of getting a replacement printer

Paper set

Take out the paper drawer in the upper portion left of the feed roll should be a black switch, this gets knocked off alot due to not locking down the paper in the drawer when loading. If the switch mounts arent broken you can try to put it back in position, or do what I do to save time and $$, just tape the switch "open"and tuck up above cassette cavity.
-Carl, please let me know if this helps.

Hi. I've a Dell 1600n printer. There is plenty of paper in the drawer, but message says No Paper/Add Paper.

''place paper in drawer''

Sounds like a paper sensor ; A little black arm that senses paper tray is full, when the tray lifts into position. You might pull the tray and with a flashlight look for any broken parts. I have seen these break when paper jams are removed. This is a Toshiba 2860 correct?

Paper

If the paper size tab inside the drawer is out of position, even by 1/8 inch, you will have this problem. Also, the drawer itself could have a flaky/broken paper indicator switch (shows how much paper is left). I have had both these issues. On the first, I just slid the adjuster back in to letter position. The second, however, took replacing the drawer.
