Remove the dvd wire from mother board and reconnect it again and check out.if it still shows the same problem of no detection.then it might be probably two options ,either the dvd is faulty or the other problem is that in the mother board the socket where the dvd is connected that is faulty.if the dvd is faulty then replace the dvd.but if socket in mother board is faulty then resolder the socket froma pc repair center shop.

My Msi G41 TM-P33 mainboard is cann't run probability. It run first step, but don't run if i save bios setting.

Hello download the manual here:

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/G41TM-P33.html#/?div=Manual

Please unzip the file, and adobe reader is needed to read the content.

Try to enter the bios, and load default settings.
Select the boot option for the drive.
First boot device: dvd drive.
Second the harddrive.

Save the settings you have made, and leave the bios.

Good luck

My HP notebook does not play DVD's.

Does it play CDs perfectly fine ?
Did you check with other good (branded) DVDs ?
If possible, remove this dvd-drive, connect it with another laptop, and check.

If problem started after you installed anything, try undoing it through System Restore (All Programs - Accessories - System Restore).

Boot the computer in safe mode (tap F1 or F11, select Safe Mode), log in as Administrator.
Check if it reads DVDs here or not.
Create a new user account (Control Panel - User Accounts). Restart computer normally, and log in using this new account. Now check if DVDs work or not.

If still not working, backup your important data (write on blank CDs, or copy in USB pen drives), and then format the hard drive. (Restart the computer, and tap F10 to initiate recovery from hard drive partition.)

You may also use the Recovery Disk you got with this notebook. (Insert disk 1 in the drive, and restart the computer, and just follow the instructions).

If still no progress, chances are the DVD-drive lens has gone for a toss. Buy a new dvd-drive.

Hope this solution helps you.

I install windows7 in my computer but my motherboard drivercd doesnot work in windows7

It appears your pc isn't recognizing you DVD or CD player. If you have a DVD player - be sure the proper drivers are set and most important - the DVD is seen in the BIOS.
Also - be sure you have a working DVD as Windows 7 is on a DVD not a CD rom.

Best of it

Whera can i find the drivers for acer f965cp motherboard

If your computer works properly and unfortunatly you missed the driver then the CD or DVD might have come with the computer when you took up a computer. So find your DVD and reinstall it by putting DVD in the DVD unit.

I need more information. Which operating system are you running, what computer do you have? Did the sound ever work, and if so, what did you install that stopped it from working?
