I can't hear the other person during a call

During a voice call, I can hardly hear the other person speaking. The earpeice volume on full but it makes no difference. I've only had it a couple of day and the only call I could hear properly was the first call I made, since then it has been very quiet.

I can't hear peoples voices when they call. The volume only works for the ringer

If you want to change volume of the caller's voice, then try adjusting the volume control WHILE you are actually talking on the phone during a call.

If you try to adjust the volume when there is no call in progress, then the volume controls will only change the ringer volume.

If you provide the exact model number of your particular device, then we may also be able to provide you with the User's Manual for your phone.

I hope that was helpful Loli.

Good luck and take care.

Joe.

I am hearing my own voice in yahoo messenger voice chat

This isn't an issue with your mic, this simply you hearing what your saying through the other persons ****. This occurs most often when the person your speaking with has their audio configured to play through their speaker rather than their **** or when the volume on the mike's speaker is so high that the **** picks it up. Reducing the volume on your **** may help the the situation.

Incoming call

During a call press the volume buttons on the left side of the screen. The volume buttons are those that seem like a large button but actually these are 2 depending on what side you press.
