Why can't I upload photos to on FB and Yahoo. ?

Could be an incompatibility with the browser. Try using a different internet browser in an attempt to isolate this problem. (IE, Firefox, Chrome). Hope this helps. The I.T. Guys - http://www.theitguysinc.com

How do i send pics to my email

I use web based email clients for this, Some can automatically resize the photos to send via email, BUT you must use the right browser with the right email client, plus they may ask you to install a plug in.
I use IE with Hotmail/live mail
And Google Chrome with Google mail.

Just write your email, click on attach, choose photo.
It will then ask you to browse to your photos. Pick all the photos you wish to attach and that should do it

I accidentally blocked out photoes on a web site, which just leaves the text on view. How can I get these photoes back When a photo came up I accidentally pressed the block button on the picture and this...

You would have disabled the images on your Browser, check out these ways to Block images in Firefox & Internet Explorer and try to Undo these steps.

In Firefox you can disable images from loading by going into the Preferences, then on the "Content" tab, uncheck the "Load images automatically" checkbox.

In Internet Explorer 7, go to Tools/"Internet Options" and then click on the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down to the "Multimedia" section and uncheck the "Show pictures" checkbox.

Both of these methods will prevent all images from being loaded automatically, while still allowing you to right-click on individual images to force them to load. This trick is also useful if you're on a slow network connection (such as a modem or GSM/cell connection) or a website with questionable images while at work.

If not read this link bugjee.com/firefox/how-to-block-images-for-specific-website-in-firefox-30/ on how to Block images for a specific website and unblock them.

Photos gets blurred

They are being compressed during the upload. there is nothing you can do. Once they arrive on the destination server, they are resized and compressed according to the websites parameters. if the site compreses them too small, they will become blurred. Imagine taking a photo, then resizing it to 5% of its size, then, save it, and re-open it and try to blow it back up. It will be blurry. That is whats going on at the server: they are being resized and you are getting blured images

It can be the problem of your computer screen resolution. Few things to cross check with your system

2) Supportable graphics driver.(recommended get the latest driver and install it again)

3) check the IE Text Size under view menu it should be MEDIUM
