Go to the below link and scroll to the 21st page of the PDF manual (it's actually page 17 of the physical manual). You're looking for the "AUDIO1" plug located by the back LAN/USB ports.

FRONT AUDIO PORT

If you are familiar with electronic parts you can fix this with your own. Open you CPU casing and locate the wire connected to your front audio. At the end part of the wire from your front panel you need to plug the end part to your motherboard. You can see the audio port at the lower part to the motherboard. You can read there a label audio input so you plug at this port

Anybody can tell me how to connect the front side headset plugs, I think is not connected to the board

Understand you can not use the rear speaker ports and the front speaker ports at the same time. You must choose one or the other. If you still have you're manual turn to page 9. Follow the instruction to connect the cases front audio ports and the MBs audio jumpers.
If you need the MB manual open the link provided by MSI; http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=manual&maincat_no=1&prod_no=171
If you download the manual you will also need Adobe reader installed to view the manual. Adobe is a free download;
http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/
Front and side audio ports break very easely. Another option to this would be to buy splitters for the rear audio ports. (Sound and Mic). 2-each; http://www.cablestogo.com/product.asp?cat_id=2009&sku=40422&relatedItem=true

GA-8S650GXM FOR USB FRONT AUDIO PANEL

You will need the motherboards manual to help you with connecting USB_1, USB_2 and F_PANEL audio to you're case. If you do not have you're manual for the GA-8S650GXM you can download it from Gigabyte; http://america.giga-byte.com/FileList/Manual/motherboard_manual_8s650gxm_series_e.pdf
You will also need Adobe reader installed to view the manual.
Gigabyte GA-8S650GXM main web site; http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Spec.aspx?ProductID=1658
Turn to page 18. Number 17, F_USB1/F_USB2. Use the link provided below to help you connect you're front case USB wires to the motherboard; http://www.directron.com/installusb.html
Turn to page 24, for front audio connections. Keep in mind once you configure you're audio to function from you're cases front audio port you will not be able to use the rear audio port. Caution, most people find bumping any front case USB or audio cords break far too easely. To avoid breaking the front audio port, consider using a Y splitter for the rear audio port as shown in the next link; http://shopping.yahoo.com/p:StarTech.com%20MUY1MFF%20Audio%20Video%20Cable:1991733360;_ylt=Ah94ikZN9zDbTi2.arc45BkbFt0A

Hope you find this helpful.
