I cannot recieve emails on my Blackberry
Hi, we have to know from which email account you are not able to recieve emails, and what type of email account is that like pop3, Imap etc. However i have given information related to few account types i hope this will help you to resolve the issue.
1) If you are a BlackBerry Internet Service subscriber and you are unable to receive email messages from an integrated Yahoo BizMail account, if it is a email account integrated using pop.bizmail.yahoo.com, To resolve this issue, do the following:
a) Remove the integrated Yahoo BizMail account from the BlackBerry Internet Service.
b) Reintegrate the Yahoo! email account.
2) If you are unable to receive email messages on the BlackBerry smartphone from a Google Gmail webmail service account that is associated with a BlackBerry Internet Service account.The This issue may be caused by one of the following:
a) The Google Gmail account is currently not validated.
b) The global filter is set to prevent email messages from being forwarded to the BlackBerry smartphone.
c) The Messages database may be corrupt for the integrated email account.
d) The BlackBerry smartphone user has an email application, such as Microsoft Outlook, making a Post Office Protocol (POP) connection to the Google Gmail account.
e) The number of email messages that can be stored on the Google Gmail POP messaging server has been exceeded.
