Re: Stratford Labs model GFP-001 Digital Image Copier
After installing the drivers. Remove the disc and restart. then install
Photo Impression 6, remove the disc and restart the computer again. Then connect the scanner and receive the message that new hardware
was found. If you receive this message then there is no hardware fault . If you dont receive the message you need to return the unit it is defective .
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

VeriFone NOS 6 Operating System VeriFone has assigned “end of life” status to the NURIT NOS 6 operating system. The terminal manufacturer previously announced that it would discontinue support for NOS 6 applications and stop offering NOS 6-to-NOS 7 upgrades on October 31, 2009.
On July 1, 2010, VeriFone will permanently shut down the loader required to convert from NOS 6 to NOS 7, making the upgrade unavailable to all models of NURIT terminals.
Merchants who wish to continue receiving support for impacted NURIT terminals are strongly encouraged to update their operating systems (if possible) prior to the July 1 deadline. Currently, there are three devices in the marketplace that may be eligible for the NOS 6-to-NOS 7 operating system upgrade:
NURIT 2085 03
NURIT 2085 04
NURIT 2085 21
To notify eligible First Data Independent Sales customers, they will include a message in the May 2010 month-end merchant statement (scheduled for release in early June) advising NURIT 2085 users to contact the Omaha POS Help Desk to update their terminals.
Hi. Thanks for your question
Digital signature is a part of file added to it for security reasons. Although not every manufacturer decides to digitally sign it with microsoft. Sometimes new signatures are included in windows updates removing mysterious information about signature . As long as you know were your file comes from you are pretty safe to ignore the message from windows. Just click next and you should be just fine. If you would like to know more about this subject. This is a link to Microsoft's website "what is digital signature" - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/What-is-a-digital-signature
Hope this clarified your view. Please let us know if this was helpful.
I finally reached the manufacturer’s tech support line and was advised that the drivers are not yet out for Windows 7. They said that would explain the error message I received. I was told to check the website for the drivers which should be out shortly. They also said when I tried it on another machine with XP, if I did not use a 2.0 USB port, I would also get the same message.
I am sending this to you in case someone else contacts you with the same problem.
to find Creative Labs drivers, go to this page: http://support.creative.com/
and in the upper right hand corner, choose your region of the world...
on the next page, choose your country and language. This is important
as some models are only sold in certain countries, so be sure to select
the country where you bought the cam.
once you are in the
support page, click on the cams section and see if your cam appears on
that page.... if not, and you need help to figure out what exactly to
look for on the site (there is quite a lot) use the link to help you
'identify your cam' in the upper right corner above the photos of all
after that, use the link at the bottom to find your
cam in the lists provided on the next page.... once you select
something from the list, you have to click the 'next' button at the
bottom.... that should take you to the page where you can download your
driver, and possibly other software and a manual if you need those
be sure you select the driver for your operating
system, and keep in mind that some older cams don't work on newer
systems, like windows vista.
Normally, the driver you have with the hardware is the driver you must you, as it may cause all sorts of conflics trying to use others.
Intervideo would not have written a driver for your dvbt card, only their own.
