Sounds like your over half way there lol..
You now need to check the resistors positioned near the convergence ic's. They are your likely problem and go bad often when the ic's fail.
They are normally about 2watt and the values will vary but normally are like .10 ohms to 1 ohm.
I cant find a schematic to give you the exact values and locations but if these resistors measure off value at all you need to replace them with the exact value of the originals.
Go back recheck everything 6amp fuse in middle of power supply board that will blow, also solder everything that looks like poor connection pioneer always has a lot of cold solder jionts.CK all pico fuses they are green, yellow look like resistors but are fuses.
Repalce STKs with 392-040 resistors should be 3.9 ohms, also you might want to join Repairworld it is for members who have TV shops over 7,000 different shops / lots of good techs there. They will not put up with anyone just looking to repair there own tv .Sorry unable to help with cz140,141.will do some checking you also can order whole convergence board.
I was just working on replacing my stk's and was wondering if you could tell me what value the resistors are? Here is my previous post if you would like to see it.
This is actually a common problem with this unit and one that Pioneer is aware of...
Over time the feed resistors in the convergence circuit change in value and the convergence ICs begin to fail, placing more of a load on the power supply than necessary and stressing components in the SMPS.
The fix; Pioneer recommends upgrading the convergence IC's from STK392-110 to
STK392-180, change all resistors in the convergence circuit that have changed in value and replace the power supply to repair the unit.
