If you are handy, open the phone up. There is a white plastic glued to the board. Use something sharp and GENTLY peel off where the P is. You can also use a regular hair dryer to help losten the glue. When you expose the metal connections under, use an eraser to clean the connectors on both the board and white plastic GENLY. Hopefully it is as simple as that
