Software Error?

Yes it is. Try re-installing the software. If that does not help, re-install your operating system and install the software. If that doesn't work as well, try replacing RAM. Most often the software works after re-installing it or the operating system, but their might be a chance of H/W failure. However, H/W problems are not so common with the type of error message you are getting.
Also, please see if the device (you are using the software for.. like some camera or a scanner) IS CONNECTED to your system properly.

The exception unknown software exception (0*c0000417) occurred in the application at location 0*038e2102

This is most likely from a corrupted file or hardware issue.

The usual response of ensure your drivers and anti-virus software are up to date and your system is free of malware. This would also apply to the application you wish to run; it may have an update to fix this issue.

The easiest thing you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the application and updates. If the application is a large one or has lots of updates (such as a game, especially online games), this may take a while. Watching the progress bar will not make it go faster, so feel free to do other things if it takes a while.

If this does not remedy your problem or it occurs with more than one application, it may be a hardware issue. If you can do so without violating the warranty (there will be one of those anti-tamper stickers if it is a mass-produced computer), open the side panel and use canned air to remove dust from the heatsinks and fans. Hold the fan still with a pen or some other thing to keep from damaging it during this. While you have the side off, unseat the RAM modules by pushing on the (usually) white tabs that hold them in place and carefully reseat the modules by pushing them in gently but firmly.

BSNL net connects but after some time svchost.exe error occurs

The problem is with the Windows operating system. Either the OS is infected by a virus or it is corrupt.

The best and effective thing I can suggest you is to reinstall the Operating system on the computer. Please scan your computer once you have reinstalled the OS using a good antivirus.

Hope this helps.
