Question about Cameras
I've connected my camera to my computer via USB port. Device manager recognises camera as being connected but says that storage volume is 'unknown'. What should I do next?
I would recommend getting a card reader, remove your memory card from your camera and insert it into the card reader, connect the card reader into your computer via the USB port and download using Picasa3 which is free software from Google. Simple, fast and works for any camera
