You dont need to as the screen/digitizer is all in one, basically there are only 3 parts to most of the smaller tablets, mainboard display module & the battery, since you are replacing both make sure that it is a whole module, but you really need a service guide to be able to do this, unfortunately , i cannot tell you where to to get one, but i am sure A210 service guide which is what we at Acer called them may bring a reward.

im guessing acer icona is a tablet so your can reset it in the settings under back up and reset . or turn it on by holding power home and volume up or a similar combination and the navigate to factory reset then yes then reboot
