Question about Kitchen Appliances - Others
There are lots of online sites, giving step by step instructions for generic types (pound, pound and a half, mini loaves) ...I seem to remember a good one had "bread machines 101" as a title. Some types of bread require the ingredients placed in a certain order, so pay attention to the instructions for your particular favorite. Even my mistakes were fun, we made bread pudding, broke the really hard ones up into crumbs with a blender, made dressing for chicken/pork chops. I love the smell of yeasty fresh baking bread!!! You will either love it or decide it is better to go to the bakery at your favorite store and purchase it already!!! $$$$$ saver, flour at dollar stores makes adequate every day loaves, but the specialty flours are MUCH BETTER!!
