nope. the resolution has bumped up for some reason out of range for the monitor. Does it only happen in the game? that might be a clue.

I am using the Radeon 9200. I have "need For Speed 3". When I try to play the game, I hear the monitor click and tried to go to the game but then all of a sudden it kicks me out. Is this the video cards...

Hello,
What kind of monitor are you using? With this card, DVI-I monitors will be limited to 1600x1200 resolution. The resolution coming from your card is too much for the monitor to handle. Try setting it to a lower res to get the game to work.
Cheers

Some games need 1440x900 resolution to play but when i go to the display settings to change it, its not there just 1360x768, 1600x1200 and lower ones. I need help????

Hi there. If you're able to get 1600x1200 on the monitor, that should suffice--anything equaling or larger than the game's required res is ok...the picture will have a little bit of border on the edges because of the higher resolution but shouldn't be a hinderance at all. Remember this...the higher the resolution, the harder the graphics card has to work to maintain proper movement of the images in the game. Use the exact res if possible. However a close, higher res is fine, too.---Rick

P191w lags when playing videos on full screen

the video card is too low on speed and memory. The lower end cards slow down the pc performance on videos and games.
Try to get a gig memory vid card at least

Monitor should not have anything to do with frame rate.

If you have increased the resolution of your video card because the 19" is larger than what you had before, that could cause a frame rate issue.

Something else got installed, that is slowing down your machine...

Coincidence...

Connect the old monitor and what is the outcome? Does the frame rate improve again?

Out of Range message on monitor after T5300 finished booting. No Image.

The out of range refers to the screen resolution size of your pc as apposed to the monitor. It is unable to operate at the set refresh rate and screen res.
